The top two are barndoor bulkhead. The bottom left ones look like barndoor dash grab handles or later bulkhead ones. The right two look different, maybe late dash grab handles?

Maybe its an ambulance exclusive piece? I have a friend with an early ambulance and I'll send him here.

Brian,

I have the set out of Disco the 61 panel and the group picture out of my 58 Ambulance. They are all the same and are the same as the left bottom two. Bottom photo below is of the grab handle on the bulkhead.
