Fastback rear parcel shelf carpet?

Not the best picture but you can just about make the colour of the original out through the back window. It is a grey felt like carpet bonded to the shelf.

It's stepped like below, in my '71, although this is after I'd had my shelf custom trimmed so colour is not original.

Mario-

I have a 72 fastback with what I believe to be a factory piece of carpet on the parcel shelf. I'm planning to replace it with something not so worn out looking in the next week or so. I'd be happy to send it to you so you can see the type of fabric firsthand and get a general color idea from the unfaded/less faded areas that were underneath speaker grills. Let me know if you're interested.

My 3 late models had carpet but my 69 hard a peice of press board with vinyl on it. Got a kit from another place, not TMI, they had it there.

Thanks, but we are using the same carpet in our cargo carpet kit, so if a loop or cut pile is ordered, the parcel shelf would be the same.
