Picked this up yesterday. Believed to be a Zink Z-5. Anyone know for sure what it is? It does have a 6 digit serial number

Is the 6 digit serial number something like 22-xxxx? Being in Maine, the car would have been raced in the New England Region of the SCCA (region 22). The car should have come with a log book and that would have told you the manufacturer. The number should be on the roll bar. Tom

No, the number is 007-061. Car came from Texas in 1993. I am told the original owners name is Tom Squires of Huston Texas. Thats about all I know.

Different number to start with means different region of SCCA, that makes sense. All I can tell you is that doesn't look like an early Autodynamics Vee (I had one of those and a D13). Good luck. Tom
