I have both and need to make a Choise. What would you use. I mainly cut donuts and small jumps

You will have less camber issues in rear with IRS... Which translates to better handling...

lol pre IRS. I'm surprised you have to ask if you have both. Since we're in off road I say IRS but swing axle can be nice too in other situations.

BTW I really feel we should lose the IRS terminology to distinguish Swing from CV axle since technically both are IRS.

Do you plan on modifying the IRS? If not, then heck, I would go with the swing axle. Stronger stock for stock. It will work fine for what you plan on doing. On the other hand, if you go IRS, you will open up more doors for future modifications if you are not afraid to put in a little work.

I don't believe there is any right or wrong answer for your question. Both will work. Which one you should choose depends more on whether or not you want to make upgrades for strength and travel in the future.

Thx for the responces. I think the IRS is going to be my Choice. Now I just got to sell a my other goods or junk depending on who's looking. Ha
