Parts for Kubelwagen spindles

I am restoing an October-1943 Kubelwagen and I am in great need of the following parts in order to repair my spindles in the front:

- Set of king-pin bushings (inner diameter 20mm)
- The spacer that sits in the middle of the assembly (circled below)

Does anybody repro these parts? Could any parts from early Type 2 be used?

Yes - I know bushings can be made on a lathe...but it would be easier if somebody already made them.
