I like the look of a white stripe tire on non-comercial bus. _________________ DON'T SHIT WHERE YOU EAT! |

price certainly looks good, and the load rating is good as well. 26 inch diameter is good. If you want to keep your 14 inch wheels certainly look like a candidate to me _________________ regards

Free shipping , wow.
Looks like it's the 1 tire only; 320 shipped would be a good price on a set of 4 shipped. _________________ WANTED:

I ordered a set too. Wanted a white sidewall tire, did not want port a walls, needed to be a C or D rated tire, had to be close to stock diameter of a 700/14 tire, and fit on my standard 14 inch rims . Nothing else on the market met that criteria that I could find. Now my Westy can look close to what it did when I bought Victor 40 years ago. Will be running with my chrome hubcaps and probably trim rings. I know some of you might say yuck but I like it and that's what it had on it when the Original Owner picked it up with the tourist delivery program in Germany. Almost everything is original.
As far as I can tell this is the specs on the tire:
Lanvigator Touring 195R14
White side wall
D Rated
106/104 Load Rating 65 lb. max pressure
7.8 Inch width
26.22 inch Diameter
8 Ply
5 1/2 J wheel
Dot, ECE, CCC, inemetro, reach, cleanoil certifications
This is from deciphering and converting various foreign sites, will confirm what I can when I get the tires.
Really would have liked to have a 27 inch Diameter but I guess I can't everything.
New poster. Long time owner, I've seen Victor's odometer click to 00000 twice, sits at 97,468 now. Has not hit the road in 14 years, but it will again this summer - with new shoes on. |

The Hankook RA08 (195R14) meets all these requirements (minus the whitewall) and has a good track record. It will be interesting to see how well these perform as they are a bit cheaper. _________________ RPM=(MPH*336* (R&P*4th*1.26))/Tire Diameter in inches |

Got my tires in. Set of 4 $320.00 delivered 5 days from order. White side wall is smidge less than 1 inch wide.
Info from tire:
195R14C
106/104 R
8PR LT
SP061-06 ?
Rim 5 1/2J
DOT 1P1K AAA 2113
Radial Tubeless M+S
Steel Belted
Max Load single 2095 lbs. Dual 1985 lbs. at 450kpa (65psi)
Made in China
Plies: Tread Polyester 2 + Steel 2 +Nylon 1
Sidewall Polyester 2
On Label:
Shandong Tire Co. LTD
Made in PRC
Fuel graphic C out of a range of A-G
Rain graphic C out of a range of A-G
Noise Graphic 72dB
My observations:
Similar to tread design to the Hankook RA 08 but without the small sipes
I really wanted a white wall commercial tire, as big of a diameter possible
Measured diameter (not mounted) 26.0 inches
I am going to have the tires siped when they are mounted ($17.00/ tire)
to provide better traction in rain and snow ( I live at 4200 Ft.)
I think they will be just fine |

are they white wall both sides, or just one?
For those of us who prefer no white wall on the tires. |

They are white wall tires on only one side. The other side is all black wall. I was going to mention that but forgot. |
