Gallery not working

Cant see or find any photos and there is an error message

A follow up question about the gallery! Why is it that when i click on the most recent uploaded picture from the home page i am launched to the gallery index and not the image itself. Often times there will be an image when i first log on that will grab my eye and i click on it only to find myself at the gallery index and the image i clicked is no longer the most recent image and i have to sort through the all index to find what i was looking for.

This is how I designed it a long time ago.

It would be uncommon for the photo on the home page to not be the very first image in the gallery but it can happen.

I usually click on "All Gallery images" on the Home Page, which gives me the full All Images listing. The latest image on the home page will almost always be on top.
