4 - nil to Germany at 26 minutes? - Brazil doesn't deserve to be playing this game...

I agree, had they come out with a game plan other than hack away at James Rodriguez they would be playing with a full squad now.

Well I have a few Brasilian VW friends...I don't think I should email them today. I'll leave them a little time to grieve. Wink

We'll all be long dead before they're done grieving. They were still upset about the 2-1 World Cup loss at home to Uruguay---in 1950! That is, until this happened. Surprised Germany didn't impress me when they played the U.S. and I know Brazil was down a couple of players, but this? Embarassed

I only watched the Brazil/Chile game and didn't see anything noteworthy in Brazil in their penalty shootout win over Chile.

Germany creamed Portugal in group play - I'd bet that Portugal, Ghana, and the US could have all beaten/tied Brazil in group play - Brazil was way over-rated. Hell, even England might have been able to beat them Wink

Germany 3- Argentina 0

early prediction. I love Messi and Co. but I don't think anyone can match the team work of Germany this year.

I think Argentina tried to stifle Netherland's attacking style and in turned killed their own game. Stalemate. Sad
