what is the method to mounting tires on these? they have a decent lip, so i don't know if i have to mount them with the rim face down (unsure if they are considered 'drop center')

that's what i thought. i am hoping my rim clamp is up to the task. thanks for the clarification.
seeing the lip in the wheel brought me back to my old volvo 240 turbo days
