I am not sure the correct term for it but I am talking about the rubber duct that connects the engine cooling fan shroud to the body on my variant. Does any one have a good way to put these things back on?

Well the thing ripped apart on me. I guess that is to be expected after 40 years. How important is it if the engine compartment is sealed up? My west does not have a direct boot for cool and I do not think the late bays do either.

the rubber boot is important on a wagon,, for one thing,, the fan do a suction for the fresh air from outside on the rear fenders,, if you use your car for a short time ,,15-20 minutes not a problem,, but for a long période you have need the boot, very important,,

I have extras. PM me if you need one. Do you just need the flexible bellows?
