I really want some RSR style Fuchs on my car, but I can't afford Fuchs, YET. Not until I finish up the Subaru swap, fix up the interior, get the A/C working, bigger turbo.... etc.
I have a set of Cookie Cutters, and I tried my best to make them actually look cool:
That's my interpretation of how the factory would have done RSR Cookie Cutters. |

Andy!
Thank you, your car is awesome as well. I was checking it out in some random parking lot a few weeks ago, and then Aran told me it's yours. Can't wait to see the final product! Especially if you bolt a turbo to it.
The Fuchs sound interesting, but there's no way I can afford them right now. We're actually moving this weekend, so my car funds are very limited for a while. Thanks though! _________________ -Thomas

Usually I don't like how cookie cutters look, but I like yours.
Very well done! |

Oh man!! I wish I had started with some chrome ones. They will look killer if you just copy the black sections like I did on mine, and skip the silver all together. But they might also look amazing if you paint the black and silver sections, leaving only the outermost lip polished. That would be more of a true RSR look:
It's subtle, but it's so cool. The thin band of polished (or chrome) metal ties in with all the thin bands of polished metal throughout the car, like around the windows. Plus, the lip of the wheel won't chip or scratch during tire changes, the way that a painted lip might. If I had started with chromed or polished Cookies, that's exactly what I would have done. I guess I could do that to mine still, but I'd have to pay to have the tires dismounted and remounted... so it's never going to happen! haha
Post a picture or two of yours when you get them finished! _________________ -Thomas
