Hi KQ, you are looking in the right spots....craiglist and samba, although samba prices will be higher. These things are not going down in price and most of these guys have had theirs for awhile, so I would say you will be spending 10- 13K. I have bought two in the last 2 1/2 years, so I have seen what is out there and how much they are going for. Good luck and welcome!

So the weather looks spectacular for this weekend. Anyone up for camping at Uncle BilL's this weekend? Syncro trails and Chanterelle Mushrroom picking with sampling to follow. There are stores 5 mins from camp and plenty of cell service for those in need. Winter is coming and the good weather is running short... Who is in?

Any must hit local spots to check out? I have to drag a syncro home for my son this weekend and I have a little time to kill.
Will probably swing by Powell's and sizzle pie but I haven't spent much time in town before.
Wish that I had time to check out your fun at BilL's
Thanks.

I will be around late sat and sunday but part of the trip is to visit the GF's dad so our itinerary is kind of weird.
Any cool local input would be great- eating, museum, local wacky/interesting events, epic farmer's market etc. It looks like we are a coming up the wrong week to see the rose city rollers get down. Sad
I would like to hang out with fellow VW folks but we probably won't have the time. Next time GWTWTLW Wink
You guys are the coolest.
Thanks

I have a buddy (mike) who is broken down behind my house right now. He is in a good spot but may need some help this week with getting on the road. He doesn't have much money or tools. He has a 84 westy with some issues. His number is 405-481-3404

It's a clash of the coupons as four chefs attempt to make their best grilled dish in Budget Battle. Next, the chefs must make a decadent breakfast while incorporating the classic peanut butter and jelly combo. The last two chefs must make a Sunday supper using One Ingredient Per Aisle. (Episode: GK0308H)
