What inner tube for a 5 x 15 front tire?

I need inner tubes for the front of my dune buggy with 3-rib tractor tires.
I picked up some 5x15 inner tubes but they have an industrial size stem on
them that doesn't fit my VW-style front wheels.

What inner tubes do I need and where can I get them?
