74 Thing. I want to remove and cleanup the entire stock canister, not just the bottom latched oil container....how to? Thanks!

I am not sure what you are asking:
A - Removing it from the car? Unscrew the air clear to carb pipe, disconnect all the hoses (take a cellphone picture 1st) unlatch the two metal clamps holding it to the car (clamps are far left or far right)
B - Taking the unit apart? No idea.

A. Removing the entire canister as it is attached to the engine compartment...from the passenger side of the engine compartment. Once out, I can take it apart.

There are two band clamps(incorrect term?) holding it in there against a bracket..

Aside from disconnecting all tubes/hoses, simple as that.... As mentioned, take a before pic for placement of hoses....
