|
|
Well, i just bought a 1965 VW Bus with a snow top. I understand these commonly had Freedom camper interior kits, but this one has an EZCamper interior. Most of the hard Work has been done by Ulises out of LA.
I would like to know as much as possible on her, I understand she sat in a trailer park since the mid 80s and then was rescued. Anyone know anything about the EZ Camper interior kit she has?
She will be in Miami this friday... Any info does help! |

I went ahead and ordered a platinum mesh interior with a new rubber mat, and rubber stand for the front, I plan on changing the curtains, and cushion covers, not sure what color to go with... |

Isn't that the infamous raffle bus from a few OCTO's ago? Cool color, don't see a lot of L345 campers. _________________ RPM=(MPH*336* (R&P*4th*1.26))/Tire Diameter in inches |

You mean this one, its grainy but the license plate appears to match.

The new owner didn't do anything wrong. But it is the same bus, less than honest seller. Good eye though I didn't catch it. _________________ Looking for anything from Hal Casey Motors out of Hamburg New York, from license plate surrounds to matchbooks.

I believe I saw that bus rolling through San Antonio, Texas yesterday around 1pm. Looked sweet from the brief second I saw it, was sitting in a Pizza Hut right off Loop 410 and that rolled by on a Transport. |

Nah, I was in Pizza Hut and just happened to be seated facing the highway and just spotted it as it passed by. Had I been better prepared I would've at least gotten a couple of good shots. |

My 66 tin top ez is in paint now but have a few pics- looks like all the side door stuff is missing. Had a swing up table on forward door and an elaborate spice rack on the trailing door.

Love it! so i got it, i was very happy with the bus, very solid, nice suspension, runs great, the interior was there but WOW! 4 rats later and 3 large trash bags its all stripped, im thinking on doing new wood...
Good news is my girl friend loved it.. So i was thinking on doing a "GLAMPING" theme.. "Glamorous camping"
Keep all the cabinets original, but with a twist, put a real Fridge, and electric stove top. Thoughts? I will keep the original ice box that way i can always go back.. |
