|
|
So my son bought me a really nice clock for my birthday (what a nice guy ...)
I now need to figure out how to fit it ... it has one bracket with it (looks like there should be two ?)
Do i have to cut a hole in the speaker grill and take out the speaker or is it there an option to buy a speaker grill that already has the hole in it ?
Thanks in advance for any replies, he's on my case to get it fitted as he thinks I dont like it - wrong ! I love it .... but where to start !

What is the diameter of your clock?
Some clocks fit in a speaker grill manufactured specifically for a clock and some needed to be installed in the dash.
My 1/55 had a 80mm hole in the dash, to the left of the speedo, for a clock...wish it wasn't there, but I had little choice in the matter...purchased the car in 2011. _________________ 5/50, pastel green 11G - SOLD

Hola
It's an 80mm diameter one, here's a couple of pics:
The bracket from the second picture is missing from the other side.

So am i correcting in assuming I need a special grill that has the hole in it for this clock (opposed to drilling the existing grill) ?
Thanks
