I need to buy new shocks for my vw 1970 irs type 1

can you guys share opinion/experience

If the ones you have on your buggy now are worn/old stock type shocks and still have oil in them, they'll provide a better ride than any you have listed, seriously!

Go cheap or go home......

Oil filled...non-gas charged....which are usually the cheapest...are the best.

street drive only
it is a Kelmark GT Very Happy

the rear shocks are the hijackers but need new ones,
I will leave the front ones ( oil )
just need to get new ones for the rear

oil in the front, light gas charged in the rear something like the cheap EMPI gas or KYB GR-2s
