is coming from under driver seat!
i have replaced wheel bearings and seals!
have rebuilt calipers and new pads, all parts are there(shims)
new shocks!
and removed speedo cable!
and it makes a clicking sound when braking?

had wife pinpoint noise to be coming from under driver seat?

You said the speedo cable is out and you still have the noise? Check the bearings on that side carefully, as they are new. They often loosen up a little. You could raise the left front and rotate the tire and listen.

noise is the same as before the new bearings, only makes noise when braking,
tried it on jack stands but it wont make noise as no momentum for the brakes to slow down they just lock.

look for a crack in the rim. Try it with the hub cap off to see if it is clicking. Won't be the proportioning valve.

No cracks, but on inspection of rear brakes ,found drums to be past specs. So I will replace them and see if that helps.
