I used to think like that too "future wife", couldn't wait to meet her. As I got older I learned some of the true nature of women and now I dread meeting the one. Avoiding it like the plague Laughing

WOW, I really feel sorry for you Vlad. I could see it IF you were divorced, but having never married?? I really feel sorry for you.

You'll never know what you're missing. I should know, as Sue and I have been married for over 34 years. Shocked

Don't worry, you'll understand with time. Wink

I feel you on this one man. Never married either, but I quickly learned after my first girlfriend that marriage was out of the picture for me Laughing

Times have changed Bob, the dating scene sucks and the women of my generation aren't exactly wife material. I had to teach my last girlfriend how to crack an egg Shocked

It is the reality fortunately/unfortunately? depending on your outlook.

For me its a plus being single, I have 0 tolerance for time wasting gf that just play games and dont want anyone who just sees you as an ATM and baby maker.

The last girl I had hanging off me suddenly ceased all contact after I told her I resigned my job and was going to take a break for 6 months. LOL Laughing

Bloody gold digger! She must of thought I was rich or something with 6 cars at that stage, buying another.

One thing that really grinds my gears. Is that 99% of them expect you to have kids, demand in fact. I just tell them I can't and wont have em. Thats usually the end of that. Laughing I can, but I say I can't.

Girls arn't like they used to be before my generation and the generation before me as well.

Anyway nothing nobody can do about it.

yeah but your of the old generation with values.

Marriage has nothing to stand on these days because of the missing values.

I know exactly what I'm missing. I am missing a lot of grief and anguish Laughing See I was smarter than than the average guy who falls for the trap. I still have 100% of my stuff I worked hard for and dictate my own life. No worries at all, not a care in the world.

You should see what todays younger women think of us and what they believe they are entitled to. It will make you sick to the stomach and very angry.

I guess it depends what you mean by "values" but...

In general I would say you are not meeting/are not attracted to the kind of woman you are actually looking for. You are always looking at Notchbacks when you really want a Squareback.

Back on topic here!

That heater bellows on Obi-Wan's coffee table is _obviously_ his bong.
I mean, come on, look at his style - the toga, the goatee...

Don't tell me that ain't a bong.
