Hi all,

I have some questions about the new engine we're doing.

It is a 1679 with 88 AA pistons with a tree 110 On "ignitor1" pertronix. with dual Weber carburetion 40

CB pump full flow

All this in a T2A crew cab, 67 '

I have a too high pressure! 7 Bar, as I can download it?

That should work pressure, minimum and maximum?

That should get compression? To have a good performance and is reliable?

I was thinking of changing flywheel lightened by one? you think? should then mount poised ciguaņal?

help

thank you

Original by cb pump change because I had low pressure problems. Besides I have mounted radiator and Farm external filter. 20/50 is perfect for my weather conditions. -15 / 35. It is possible to have a problem with the oil bypass spring?

Yes, it is possible you have a problem with a spring, or a stuck valve. When are you getting 7 bar? Hot, cold, idle? You could easily get 100psi at revs when cold using 20W50. By default the CB filter pumps come with 30mm gears. With that in mind you could switch to 15W40 or even 10W30 in your climate, but I suspect this is not the root cause of your problem.

We can make better guesses if you can provide more information about what is happening.

That is a great ride. I love it. Stay with the stock weight flywheel. Heavy car, heavy wheel. Light car, light wheel. I too would switch to 10/30 oil.

    thank you,

7 bar was cold at 1500rpm

    then hot (only 70 / 80ēc oil temperature) to 4bar perhaps under 1500rpm ... but if ascended to 3000 / 3500rpm up more + 5 bar ...

I could only prove that, another tube problem in the engine and tube be removed. my question So if it was the bypass valve or could be...

    thanks!!
