I'm looking for a cover for the Sunroof Dial for my 2002 VW Beetle in pearl gray or black. The dial is okay, but the cover itself has plastic parts for the clips that holds it in place and they are broken. The part number is 1C0877 837C 98-NB. The dealership tells me they do not make it anymore. The car is 12 years old, but only has 52,000 miles on it. HELP! |

You're in the wrong section here, but I'll help you anyways.
Part# 1C0.877.837.C fits New Beetle up to 2001 only.
For a 2002, you want 1C0.877.829.A.3PT (The 3PT is the colour code. Cream beige)
Any dealership worth their salt should know this.
That part is still available through the dealership network.
Call them back, supply your VIN, and if it's really a 2002 they should be able to order it in.
Cheers! _________________ sent from a phone using poor grammar and spelling |

Last time I checked, my New Beetle is Water Cooled,
these cars are 12 years old, which means there are a lot of them in the junk yards too,
and the part may only be $5 part at a junk yard. _________________ Good Luck
