Looking good have you test fitted the bumper with the body and bonnet on ? When open the Manxter bonnet usually rests against the inside. I have seen several who have used limit straps to get around thins but you still need the bar far enough fwd that it allows the bonnet to roll over center.

Nice work. Looking fantastic. I'm very jealous of your garage. Looks like you have enough space for both of us to build our buggies there. Mine is being done in a crowded garage.

Before you drill anything, make sure your 100% sure. Otherwise ask questions and pictures. I've taken a lot of Manxter pics, the last few years to help.

Another tip I received was to weld up the hole at the back end off the side bars. To keep water and moisture out.

Give yourself a little reward and buy some nice Suspension seats.....your body will love you.
Your wife will too if she rides along.

For that matter get some seat heaters too.

It was one of the best upgrades I ever did to my buggy besides the turbo.....

Um silly question but you did bolt the roll cage down first and then the body yeah ? I hope so as with the Manxter the side bars and roof support dictate where the body sits not the other way around like the earlier Manx's
