|
|
My local jobbers only have Dupont paint system to mix with, they use the color quick pro system and are unable to get the formula for L680 cumulus white and L360 sea blue #2.
The Dupont codes are:
Cumulus white: 98374
Sea blue: 95621
I've seen some samples of their tinting system and the prefix to the tints are AM, which I assume are centari based on the sheet here: http://www.docstoc.com/docs/70082368/DUPONT-CENTARI-TINT-GUIDE-2009
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks |

Thanks for the reply. We do have the cross reference codes, but no one mixes PPG here. And using the dupont centari software, when we searched for these 2 codes, the formulas were locked. |

So, just pick the closest color off the Chart available to you in Asia. _________________ https://imgur.com/user/FisherSquareback/posts

Mike, I would but I've never seen cumulus white here before TBH. I did find a formula from the cromax database that the paintshop said they can mix.
They use this tinting system:
Glomax (Evercoat / everflex) ERT tinting and binder system
Using dupont's mixing formula for 2K system. They got sea blue pretty well I suppose. But cumulus white they mixed turned out more like L289. |
