Reproduction Lemmerz Rings? Where Can I Buy?

I am looking for a set of repro lemmerz rings if they exist for my early ghia.

What I don't want are the rings that cover up the outside of the rim. I want the ones that look like the lemmerz that leave the outside rim of the wheel exposed.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Wolfberg West is out of stock with no ETA on replacement.

I have heard that early Ford trucks have these rings too? Are these the ones I am looking for as described above? Anyone have a link?
