B Pillar question for split Bus

Anyone knows if this lip at the bottom is suppose to bend around the jack port lip? The lower part of the picture. I've tried to fabricate my own since I couldn't find one online.

Do you mean the 3/8" tab hanging down after the radius?

No, I mean the tab running perpendicular to the rear of the van.

My inner rocker has a corresponding tab, they stacked together and I plug welded the close out to the rocker. Their alignment wasn't perfect, I had the closeout raised up a little so the rocker sat where it had to for the cargo doors to close.
