Those wraps will hold in moisture and will cause the header to rust. I bought a car with a 1 5/8 merged bugpack wrapped header and it was rusted through under the wrap.

Interesting that the stuff hold moisture, The header gets hot so no moisture living in a dry climate = no rust. That is my case.

I'd use the blue. Also I have used these all the time and have never had an issue with them rusting out the pipes due to moisture.

Titanium, looks better with the ceramic muffler. I think the blue will look older quicker (being under the car & all)

I would go with the ceramic color also. I have to ask, I LOVE that shade of blue. What is it?

Why not get them ceramic coated? I had some V8 headers, turbo housing, and 4" down pipe coated for about 140 bucks. 6 years later they still look new.
