I am installing a new wiper motor. What is the best way to pull the wiper arms off the spindle. Also what is the best type of grease to use when I put this back together? Smile

remove 10mm nut on arm, remove 17mn shaft nut under plastic cap, remove wires, label them for easy reassmbly. Any standard wheel bearing grease will work.

Noting your location, I'd suggest a couple applications of PB Blaster at the windscreen frame penetration...

Might save you some hassle with getting the shafts out..

Use never seize on the tapered shaft before you reinstall the wiper arm .Next time arm will come off with a slight pull.

The best tool to use is a battery terminal puller! Even the crappy ones from the $2.99 bin work great! I use them often to remove wiper arms, but rarely use them on a battery!

I always reassemble clean and dry. If I need to remove again, I still have the puller!
