rear corner picture help needed

I have read through a bunch of threads and searched through a lot of pics but I can't find what I need. If someone has a detailed picture of the rear fender opening showing how the closeout attaches that would be great.

I need to know is it spot welded to the front of the fender well, or behind it. Pics would be awesome!
