I just sealed the deal on a 65 beetle for $250.00. Needs work but that's the best part of it. I will post pics this Sunday after I take possession. I am pretty excited about completing this one because I was forced to sell my 62 in a divorce and that was my first beetle. |

I am thinking about filling the rear side windows with sheet metal. I also want to do a rake chop on the front. narrow the front end and lower the rear and use air suspension. |

When done, make sure to post pictures in the dedicated topic on in the Reader's Rides forum.

Looks pretty good for $250!
Did it come with the hood, engine lid, or any of the other missing parts? _________________ "The new Volkswagen 1303. We've made so many improvements, they're beginning to show." |
