Rear engine compartment seal?

I have replaced all my window seals and door seals ! I was looking at the rear engine door seal and already it is failing breaking down!
Any one else had a problem with the German seals from Cip1! Crying or Very sad

CIP1 is not known for the quality of what they sell.

Like any other place that sells parts it can be hit or miss. CIP1 actually sells products made from other well known places like Wolfsburg West and West Coast Metric. I've purchased a few rubber bits from WW that the rubber started breaking down and cracking after just a few months.
