Perhaps a new set of valve covers properly installed?

Stock valve covers and bails or aftermarket aluminum or chrome and what about the bails?

Are you using cork gaskets glued to he valve cover and NOT the head?

If you changed the valve cover gaskets then one must have gotten out of place. That happens! I cement mine to the valve covers when they are new to avoid this problem.
