If a deal is not a face to face deal, I think a buyer has a right to expect a digital scan of all relevant documents within 24 hours of funds being received. There's enough time before the funds transfer is complete to gather up and scan the documentation and have it ready to send.
Sometimes, relevant documentation has to stay with the bus if it is leaving the country, but if it is staying domestic, hard copies should be mailed within a couple of days after funds being received.

A simple drop in here would suffice. From what little I could follow- it appears he may have his own BOS, but the seller has not given him his previous BOS for lack of title- because maybe it could never be transferred to his name legally. Perhaps the seller's BOS from when he got it is also full of holes (like no signature from the PPO?) or never really existed.
I'd put that thing on a trailer and get down to the DMV for a VIN inspection and do this your way- ASAP, before legal brakes put that bus on hold. |
sorry I did not respond very FAST  my little boy was very sick! and we had to take him in to the ER a few days ago HE IS BETTER NOW! I will give this guy a few more days THEN I WILL MOVE TO PLAN "E" EverettB I HATE SNICHING ! but I don't know what other thing to do THANKS GUYS!!

This bus came from out of state if I remember. In ca it would require a title for transfer into ca if that state issues titles.
be careful what you tell dmv!!

It sound like you've given him many more days than necessary - I wouldn't give him any more. Contact your local DMV and title office, tell them what's happening and ask what you should do. If you are able to hire an attorney, then do so. If the story is just as you say, then you have already waited too long.
Sorry to sound negative, but more time doesn't sound like the solution here. |

coldgrimjim- X2 with the above. Glad your little one is doing better.
Get that PO to shake a leg because meanwhile, ther could be 4 or 5 more Samba members getting shafted. Everett would likely want this nipped in the bud and have it result in a feedback post rather than explode here in the main forums when other victims become involved. As Ward Cleaver once said, "You're not being a rat when someone may be in danger." Or something close...
