You can see from the images below that the model stampings are a lot more crude in appearance for this type of badge. You might have to enlarge some of these to get a better image.
Here is a better image of a slightly earlier typical badge from December 1953.

Does anyone have any info on what lower pulleys were used in 54? I've heard there were 3 used and I'm trying to decipher which was appropriate for February. _________________ Charmaine

Thin-lipped pulley without the radial lines, used 1954-mid 1956. Thin-lipped pulleys w/radial lines are 25hp. _________________ Thanks,

I don't have a picture of a 25hp pulley, but here are pictures of an early thin lip 36hp pulley (the unpainted one), and a later full lip 36hp pulley (the black one on the engine).

Thank you! So I should be looking for the first one then.
Am I correct to assume there were only 2 thin lipped pulleys, and only 1 used on 36hp, as the later cars used a rolled lip? _________________ Charmaine

Yes, you're correct. The 25hp thin lip pulley has the radial lines extending out from the center so they're easy to spot. Here's a picture I found in the gallery of a 25hp motor - you can see the detail of the pulley quite well.
