This one got my attention!!
Hard to say if this one in the pic is Nutria ...BUT ??
My car had holes in the rear fenders for flaps when found ....how many two tone (64-65) notches are out there ....maybe _________________ Wow look at that THAT'S A "SHOW CAR"!!

also, on the lower one, I was distracted by awesome, what does the 16-P mean?

Stenciled in just below the left front blinker. Most likely the P stood for Press vehicle, Pressefahrzeug. The 16 would've been press car #16.
