OZ only. I don't even like them, unless it's late model and RHD
Sounds good for your "type 6" though |

Driving across Kansas in the early summer months in an old air cooled VW sucks. It still gives me nightmares. It was very hot and very uncomfortable. The only saving grace was the 75 mph speed limit, and being in a car that will do that all day long. Besides, there's nothing around to look at out there for miles and miles. _________________ Bob 65 Notch S with Sunroof

I'd try e-bay, or e-bay.au (OZ) . Probably come across the Jag part long before you find the type 3 part. _________________ Bob 65 Notch S with Sunroof

Naw, we've only got a couple of inches on the ground here. Nothing worth shoveling yet. Maybe IF it keeps falling we'll do some snow removal. But until then, we'll just let it pile up. At least we warmed up enough for it TO snow. _________________ Bob 65 Notch S with Sunroof

I could cut you a custom one on the waterjet like I did for Brian Fye. Could even include the "6" so it all matches.
These are cut from 1/8" aluminum. The script is about 15" long.
Depending on the size you want I could probably do a pair in the $40-$50 range. Maybe less. PM me with what you are looking for and I can give you a quote to do it. _________________ Later,

Poor Bob....you must be a true Minnesot-an .....kansas is only medium hot. Try North and Central Texas and Oklahoma in summer. Hotter and more humid....almost as flat. Ray |

Spent 3 years in North Texas (end of I-44), so I know what hot is. Granted these days when I visit there, I've got A/C in the vehicle. Used to work outside in it, and never had A/C in any of my vehicles, or in the house back then.
I even used to carry a 2L bottle of water in the bug, just to pour on the fuel pump to cool it off, and keep it working on the 115+ degree days. _________________ Bob 65 Notch S with Sunroof
