This is a stupid question, but has anybody studded a wide five rotor? I have Empi disc brakes and want to stud the front rotors. The problem is that you can not ket behind the stud to press it in and I want to run long studs. How will I get them in with the limited space between the brake surface and the wheel mounting surface.

You can only put as long a stud as will fit between the surfaces or the rotor. You can pull them into place with a nut and washers stacked up with grease or antiseize bewtween the washers.
