I picked up a old intake today, I was told its for a 36hp. A Weber DCNF and a Holley Bugspray will fit on it and I am sure a Zenith will to, It is a open plenum manifold, the runners are 1 1/4" [much bigger then a stock VW 36hp manifold]
The flanges fit on a 36hp head, It is about 1/16" wider then a stock VW 36hp manifold.

Any body know any thing about it? Thanks for any help.

Will it fit on a 36hp? I thought 40hp had a diffirent flange at the head?
Do you think a 40mm DCNF would be too much for a 36hp?
I am going to clean it up and paint it and hang it on the wall with all my other vintage stuff.
