I used to be able to put in my zipcode and 10 mile rad and it would only search my area, now it searches all over the US.

To double-check just in case, I just tried it for my own zip code and it worked.
Make sure the State, Region, and Country boxes are all set to All.
I have seen these get "auto-filled" by some browsers in the past, which can screw up the search.
It's more common for the Username/Email box gets filled out but sometimes other boxes do too.
