What is correct battery cable for a 70 Ghia?

Postiive- Length- Is 53" the right length?
Color? I have seen both red and black-

Negative cable-Braided or not? length? Copper?

If your going for a concours restoration the the positive cable should be black. Negative is braided copper.

Not concours ...but enjoying the challenge of hunting for the 'right' parts where ever possible-

I think the length of the breaded is 27.5,(less?)Or 16.5? Depends on which side the battery is. Mounts to generator stand.
