"I will buy your bus, and not change my mind." Is what he said. He left a deposit, when I had a lineup of buyers and then, he changed his mind.
Wasted my time and money and he wants his deposit back, which I will not refund. I don't think I should send it back as it's not a 'think about and decide' deposit, it's non-refundable contract to buy.
Time waster, be careful. _________________ "There is only one sin; disconnection from self." |

As long as the car was advertised and described honestly there should be no reason to refund a deposit.
If the vehicle was misrepresented or if additional details were disclosed after the deposit was made which made the buyer no longer interested then the deposit should be refunded in full or in part (IMO) |

Refund was returned he didn't give a reason except for changed my mind.
What can you do? The cars I advertise are 'as is', lots of photos taken without my own interpretation of what it is. The guy is a time waster, nothing new but sending a deposit should mean something. Took down the ad and nothing came of it. _________________ "There is only one sin; disconnection from self." |
