it was probably a loaded link with a redirect and 'gtabber'
some web browsers let you see what the link is before you click it. This is a safe example:

Yes, people use my site name in spam emails now, it has happened a few times before.

The link you posted above doesn't work here because it has a , at the end.
Other than that, you copied the raw text, there is nothing bad that will happen.
The link in your email may have been actually sent to go somewhere else to try and infect you with something. Maybe, maybe not. You can usually hover your mouse over it to see the real link. If your computer gave you a warning then it probably had something bad attached.
The emails I have seen of this kind are usually just spam.
I get them all the time with and without web site names in them.
Google the phrase
"I'm pleased to write you after reading your profile"
(with quotes)
if you want to see this same message all over the internet, with and without various domain names inside the text.

Your email is in your signature on this site so the scammers may have grabbed it to spam you and know it came from thesamba.com
