Somehow I got 2 weld in mounts for a bus, 3 rib trans. If you look at the first picture you will see everything lined up the same. But if I flip one over and line up the holes you will see an offset of about 3/8". This shows the offset you need to center the trans FLANGE to FLANGE, not the center of the case.
This way the axles are the same length. I do not have a photo, but the front solid mount plate is offset. make sure you have it the right way.
Just cannot remember if it's to the left or right.

Makes me wonder if the frame horn bracket on the 10 degree is offset as well. That could essentialy do the same thing.

I don't about the 10* mount.
On my other bolt on mount I milled out a slot to move it over.

On my set up (091) the transaxle is offset 3/8" to the left and my left axel is 3/8" shorter than the right. On my buddies tube car we centered the trans so the axels would be equal length.

Just for $%1ts and grins:
My 091 is so far to the passenger side I expect to have little tranny/horn babies running around the shop someday.
One axle is 1/4" shrter than the other( drivers side I think). I just couldn't shove it over far enough to get equal axles. So I shaved the 1/4" off of one.

What axles are you running? The 944 Porsche set I have measure 16 1/8 both sides. I centered the trans by measuring Trans flange to wheel flange. Both arms fit with out any problems I would go out and measure but the rail is under the snow.

Coptzer. what axles are you using?

Avery's 2.5"X2.5" arms, Empi race-prep axles, 19.5" IIRC, T2 flanges and conversion stubs.
