66 bug- dropped spindles - 4"narrowed beam - 5.5 BRM
What is the max tire size(width and height) I can run with no issues?

With the 2 1/2" drop of lowered spindles, something in the 23-24" diameter will work quite nicely, giving another 1/2-1" drop with the smaller diameter. Anything smaller may not fill the wheelwell with out dropping the suspension further.

What size tires are on the back? I'm guessing now that with 5.5" BRM's all around you're going with something a little wider- 185's? 195's? How wide on the front (ideally) do you want to go? I don't have any experience with narrowed beams, but I'm guessing you'd get 175/60's (23.3" tall) under there, and would be a good fit on 5 1/2" rims. Are there any used tire stores where you live? They're a great way to experiment with sizes; if you hit them on a slow day, they may even test fit a couple of different tires to see what you like, it you buy there. Someone please chime in with more experience and correct me if I'm wrong-

I buy good used sets/pairs of Michelin,BFG,Firestone,Toyo etc for my cars/trucks Cheap that the rich guys take off when they still have lots of tread. Run them 3 years or so and then go bigger if want.

So here it is with the 4" narrowed/adj beam and 185/65 15's. Drivers side has tire rub on the headlight bucket at full lock right. Passenger side has significantly less. I believe it to be the fender shape. Might need a fender swap.
