TXV Buescher State Park Campout
Friday May 6th - Sunday May 8th

Texas Vanagon friends: I'm looking to schedule another Central Texas VW meetup/campout for Friday May 6th through Sunday May 8th. That weekend the Eta Aquarids meteor shower (part of Halley's Comet) will be in full effect with lots of meteor activity in the night skies. It will probably be the last good weekend for camping before it starts to get hot around here.

Sites are $12 per night, two nights required. There are 16 remaining campsites that weekend at Lakeview Camping area as of Monday April 4th.

Westfalia Wire Chase

Drilling a small wire chase from my rear closet to my middle cabinet. One drilled hole made all the difference in the world in running my solar panel wiring from the rear to the front of the van.

Rear Table Mod


I relocated the mounting plate of my front table so that I could use it in the rear table location. This allowed me to be able to fully open the vertical closet door.
