i have an 83 vw rabbit convertible, gas engine, automatic. the radiator fan is making a lot of noise and i ordered a new radiator fan assembly. the problem is that i have a 2 pin prong but the new model i ordered has a 3 pin prong,

would anyone know how I would install it in view of the 2 pin versus the new 3 pin one.

i was hoping to install the new one myself.

anyone have any suggestions?

You have gotten a 2 speed fan, when you should have ordered a single speed fan.

See installation is very easy, but as you have bought 3 pin prong, so here it will not be supportable. Still see some more methods of installation http://www.airdexinc.com
