Sound expensive, Okrasa to the 40hp is rare. I would go for a bigbore kit, 1300 flycut and ported heads. _________________ I got a historic car, every scratch got a history...

OG 40-hp stale-air fan shroud with no fresh air outlets, painted semi-gloss black to go better with the 36-hp engine style for your car body; copper or brass fuel lines going to the carbs; mesh-type air filters painted silver like these- http://www.piersideparts.net/FFCA004D.html ; original-style coil bracket with the two half-round ends, 010 or 019 distributer; this crankshaft pulley with 4 1-inch holes drilled and painted either semi-gloss black, or semi-gloss silver http://vwparts.aircooled.net/SCAT-Billet-Pulleys-6-3-4-Screened-80346-p/scat-billet-pulley.htm No chrome on the engine at all. GeneBerg carb linkage which does not have an OKRASA look, but does look like it's out of the '60's (it is...) yet works very well. |
