Nice show swap and drags.
There is no charge for spectator parking. Bug O Rama does absorb the cost of parking for spectators.

When not driving a VW I always pay a little more for pit parking. Having the spectator parking on the other side of the event really sucks when you have to drop off swap parts, etc. If you are driving a VW, just enter it in the show. It's the same price as parking in the lot, and you're part of the event.

The guys that put on the Pomona Swap meet have brought it here to Phx at the AZ fair grounds sat and sun. Was told its mostly American Muscle but what the heck. Why not right??  |

Does not appear to be much hype on this event, no cruise ins or stuff like that. Wonder if it will even be worth attending.

There is plenty going on BugOrama weekend in Phoenix, Just not on the internet.
FRIDAY:
Cruise in @ freedys frozen custard 51st AVE and BELL RD.
7PM-10PM, This is the montly meet up site for German Toyz VW club. Always a great turn-out from supporting clubs.
All are welcome to come hang out and enjoy.
SATURDAY:
Pandraggers and German Toyz have combined forces to host a FREE pre BugORama BBQ Saturday 3/28 11-5PM at paradise valley park. There will be hot VWS, good music, and plenty of food for all. A drinking permit has been obtained for the park, NO GLASS BOTTLES!
17642 N 40TH ST 11AM-5PM BBQ, THEN SATURDAY NIGHT A MASS ROLLOUT TO THE K-MART SHOW AT 67TH AVE and BELL. Will be a fun cruise!
SUNDAY: BUGoRAMA

I went last year, after taking a few off, and it was HUGE. The swap area was ENORMOUS.
We're leaving Saturday morning and making the 165 million hour drive out from Ventura in Buck's orange 65 Double Cab (again).
