I've got this item sitting in our shop and would like to post it up for sale, but am unable to provide a description. Can someone please assist?

Almost looks like it could be part of the forward overhead vent cowling on a split bus. Possibly from an ambulance or other specialty vehicle.

I do not recognize this as anything Split Bus.
