The pic's aren't the best. My guess is it looks clean enough to be 32,700 KM's.
or 20,318 miles. Then again with the paint color and fairing being the same on police bikes, maybe it saw its life as a police bike and it does have 132,700 KM's? I don't think so. Either way its a rare piece.
I hunted for one for a LONG TIME! |

My best guess it is one of the kit bikes a guy in Texas brought in during that 80's period. When I talked to the ebay owner he said he was the second owner and he got it with out an engine and put the current 6 volt 1300 sp it has now.
All it needs is an 1600dp and panels put back on its as pretty close to "as delivered". The bikes that came in as kits were sold without engines and the buyer would supply his own.
Please note info on these thing is really word of mouth and not documented very well. So if anyone has solid info?? Feel free to share! |

Yeah.. I can only wish. But the money is going into what I am working on now.
Must not be much demand for an amazonas. No one knows what it is.
Maybe it will go to someone who will fix it up and take it to some gatherings where it will be admired. Ain't any place to show off around here. |
