vr6 wont move

My son just had a new motor, trans replaced now it wont move in a gear clutch, flywheel, shifter cables, everything has being replaced, motor is a vr6 and runs fine are we missig something? something electrical? Motor was replaced but ran before and drove. Thanks for the input. Ben
